Information we collect from Buyers and how we use this information

If you create an account on the Platform, you will berequired to provide us with your full name, email address, phone numberand delivery address. In the event you link your social account with your Budtree account we will also receive information about you from your social profile such as your location, your network and other information that you make publicly available through your social profile. We use the above information to create your Budtree account; identify you on our platform; to deliver the platform services to you;to improve our service offering for you; to track your orders; to provide you interesting and location based advertising, deals and content; to deliver the products to you; and to respond to your queries and to contact you.

Information we collect from Merchants

When you create a Merchant account on our platform you gothrough our vetting process that will require you to provide us with your business name, federal employer banking number, business accountnumber, business registration number and business address. We use this information to create your business account; to deliver the platform services to you; to track your past transactions; to provide youanalytics and reports on the performance of your Budtree merchant account; and to contact you if required.

Information we collect about you from your use of our Platform

There is certain information that we can collect about our Users using log data when they use the Budtree Platform such as: information about the device our Users use; your IP address; and the date and time of visits and queries (“Non-Personal data”). We use this information to deliver our services to our Users, to improve our existing offering as well as to develop new features and functionality that we believe enhance our business offering.

Sharing your Information and Compliance with laws

We do not sell or rent your personal information except forany merger or acquisition we may undergo. We may occasionally shareyour information with third-parties who we use to assist us in deliveringour Platform Services to you and during the intelligent analysis of how you use our services. Please note that your Merchant Content and UserGenerated Content is by its nature publicly visible and by posting any such content on the Platform, you authorize us to share this information with any web user. 2. Promotional Communication

We occasionally use our Users email address to send them surveys,newsletters, offers and other digital marketing material that we think you will find interesting. If you do not wish to receive such marketing material from us, you can simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our email or contact us at and we will unsubscribeyou from our mailing list. Alternatively, you can change your notificationemail setting through your Budtree account.

3. Third-party analytics tools

The Platform makes use of some tools which are owned and operatedby third-parties who are governed by their own Terms and Privacy Policy.When you use our Platform, these third-party tools may collect certainnon-personal information from our Users. We currently use: Google Analytics Disclosure Like a lot of other websites nowadays, we use third-party analyticstools such as Google Analytics to evaluate the usage of our service.You can easily opt out of Google Analytics cookies by following the instructions provided here. We use Analytics to improve our offering, performance and user experience. We use this tool to only collect non-personal information about our users. Google analytics uses Cookies to performits own services and may combine the information that it collects about you on our website with other information that they have collected.

We process all User data (personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information) on servers and databasesthat are in the United States of America and Canada.
